Ronald Harwood's drama about the conflict between art and politics stars Ed Harris as an American military officer in postwar Germany who tries to nail conductor Wilhelm Furtwangler (Daniel Massey) as a supporter of the Nazis. The drama was a hit in London before opening on Broadway Oct. 17 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre.
