The Hollywood Reporter says that the actor and his manager, Abe Hoch, will develop and produce television projects for Touchstone through their new company, O-Tay Productions. Touchstone is the producer of Diggs' current UPN series "Kevin Hill." Diggs and Hoch, according to the trade paper, have signed a one-year pact with the studio that allows them to serve as executive producers on any of their projects that the studio greenlights. Hoch told the paper, "(The Touchstone TV executives) have proven to be great creative partners this season, and we are thrilled about the opportunity they're providing us."

Taye Diggs has appeared on Broadway in Wicked, Carousel, Rent and Chicago. He received an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination for his performance in Off-Broadway's The Wild Party, and his film credits include "How Stella Got Her Groove Back," "The Best Man," "The Way of the Gun," "House on a Haunted Hill," "The Wood," "Go," "Brown Sugar" and "Chicago." He will also be seen in the eagerly awaited film adaptation of Rent.
