News Taylor Hicks to Make Three Appearances on "Regis and Kelly"; Extends Grease Run Taylor Hicks, the "American Idol" winner who is currently starring in the national tour of Grease, will make three appearances on "Live with Regis and Kelly."

On Feb. 19 and 20 Hicks, who had made his Broadway debut in Grease prior to the show's tour, will appear as part of the show's "Dating with the Stars" segment. On March 2, Hicks will return to the syndicated morning chat show to perform "What's Right Is Right," the new single (currently available on iTunes and Amazon.com) from his forthcoming CD "The Distance."

"Live with Regis and Kelly" airs in the New York metropolitan area on WABC Channel 7 beginning at 9 AM ET; check local listings.

It was also announced that Hicks has extended his stay with the Grease tour and will continue on with the show through the 2009-2010 season.

In a statement Hicks said, "I had such a great experience performing on Broadway. This is a great opportunity to visit old fans and new fans across the country while bringing them a great Broadway show!"
