News TCM and getTV Will Honor Mickey Rooney With Movie Marathons Mickey Rooney, the prolific actor who died April 6 at the age of 93, will be honored by Turner Classic Movies with a 13-film marathon April 13, Deadline.com reports.

Rooney will also be recognized by getTV, who had previously scheduled three films that featured Rooney, and has re-themed them in remembrance of the actor, running April 7.

Rooney, who frequently co-starred with Judy Garland in numerous movie musicals, also starred in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "Boy Town," "Babes in Arms" and "National Velvet" during his lengthy career.

The schedule follows. getTV's lineup includes:

8 PM ET – "All Ashore" 
9:50 PM – "Drive a Crooked Road" 
11:50 PM – "Requiem For A Heavyweight" 

TCM Memorial Tribute will present:  

6:00 AM – "Broadway to Hollywood"
7:30 AM – "The Devil is a Sissy"
9:15 AM – "A Family Affair"
10:30 AM – "You're Only Young Once"
12:00 PM – "Captains Courageous"
2:00 PM – "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn"
3:45 PM – "The Human Comedy"

8:00 PM – "Boys Town"
