Paul Mullin's latest play, Tuesday, will have its New York premiere in a production produced by and at HERE, Jan 15 through Feb 8.
The plot of Tuesday revolves around a man who wakes up each morning only to discover that, in his sleep , he's forgotten everyone and everything he's ever known -- including what he's lived and learned just the day before.
Tuesday is directed by Randy Rollison, who is the co-founder and aritistic director of HOME for Contemporary Theatre and Art, as well as co-founder and a director of HERE.
Home for the Contemporary Theatre and Art and Tiny Mythic Theatre -- the two independent arts group that jointly opened HERE in 1993, combined artistic and economic forces in November to produce a variety of work including Tuesday, and the annual festivals of Culturemart and The American Living Room Series.
Tuesday stars Chuck Montgomery, alongside Celia Botet, Tonya Canada, Ed Cannan, Melissa Hurst, Jesse McKinley and Alison White. Designing the show are Wendy Evans Joseph (set), Brian Aldous (lighting) and Shelley Norton (costumes). Other works by author Mullin include Grendel and Ellison And Eden.
