News Tennis Comedy Don’t You F**king Say a Word Opens Tonight Andy Bragen’s newest play, which takes place on the tennis court, is making its world-premiere debut at 59E59 Theaters.

The world premiere of Andy Bragen’s Don’t You F**king Say a Word, directed by Lee Sunday Evans, officially opens November 10 at 59E59 Theaters. The new comedy, which began performances November 4, takes place on a tennis court.

The production stars Michael Braun (The Crucible), Jennifer Lim (Chinglish), Bhavesh Patel (Indian Ink), and Jeanine Serralles (Gloria). The limited engagement is scheduled to run through December 4.

Here’s how 59E59 Theaters bills the new comedy: “Russ has a temper. Brian has been known to cheat. As their weekly tennis sets play out aggressively on stage, their girlfriends, Kate and Leslie, dissect their friendship and rivalry in a volley of sharp observation and wry wit. An explosive comedy about love, relationships and the consequences of a lousy backhand.”

The design team includes Amy Rubin (set design), Masha Tsimring (lighting design), Asta Bennie Hostetter (costume design), and Amy Altadonna (sound design). Don’t You F**king Say a Word is produced by Andy Bragen Theatre Projects and Rachel Sussman.
