Groff will be on hand to greet fans and perform. The evening will also feature performances by Groff's Prayer co-star Skipp Sudduth as well as Hairspray's Charlotte Crossley and The Larry King Orchestra's Larry King.
Other Prayer for My Enemy stars expected to attend the Dec. 12 "After Party" include Tony winners Victoria Clark and Michele Pawk as well as Cassie Beck and Zachary Booth.
Hosted by Brandon Cutrell and Alysha Umphress, "The After Party" at the Laurie Beechman Theatre features Ray Fellman at the piano. Amateurs and professionals are invited to take turns at the open mic during the "Party," which begins at 10:30 PM and continues to 2 AM.
In addition to his Tony-nominated performance in Spring Awakening, Jonathan Groff has also been seen on Broadway in In My Life and Off-Broadway in Prayer for My Enemy. His other theatrical credits include productions of The Sound of Music, Fame, Bat Boy, Honk! and Godspell. Groff also starred in the Public Theater's summer productions of Hair.
The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within the West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street. There is no cover charge or minimum for "The After Party."
