The sixth edition of ABC-TV’s "The Bachelorette" will get some extra Broadway flash when soul mate-seeking Ali Fedetowsky and one of the seven men vying for her hand appear in the Tony Award-winning smash hit, The Lion King.

The airdate for the episode will be announced shortly, but it is set to involve Fedetowsky auditioning “seven men to try and sing and dance their way into her heart with the hopes of being chosen to make his Broadway debut with her in that night’s performance of” The Lion King. The show premieres May 24 (9:02-10 PM ET) on ABC. Beginning May 31, the show’s regular airtime of 8-10:02 PM ET will go into effect.

The Lion King won six 1998 Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The Disney production is currently running at the Minskoff Theatre.
