Simon Helberg, known to many as Howard on the long-running The Big Bang Theory, will play George Bailey the Pasadena Playhouse's holiday production of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Adapted from the film by Joe Landry and directed by Cameron Watson, the limited engagement will play for 15 performances only December 12–23.

The cast of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play is completed by Jeffrey Gardner (who will be the Foley Artist), Rebecca Mozo, Rob Nagle, Haneefah Wood, and Ryun Yu.

The beloved story will come to life onstage in a 1940s-style radio broadcast. The production joins the Playhouse's holiday production of Bob Baker’s Nutcracker, now in performances through December 31.
