Keating recently lent her voice (as Garland) to the PBS "American Masters" feature "Judy Garland: By Myself." The actress created the role of Lotty Wilton in the world premiere of Matthew Barber's Enchanted April at The Hartford Stage Company. She was awarded the 2000 Helen Hayes Award for Best Actress for Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink at Washington, D.C.'s Studio Theatre. Other regional credits include The Rise and Fall of Little Voice and Dinner With Friends.
