News The Boychick Affair to Arrive Off-Broadway July 4 The Boychick Affair – The Bar Mitzvah of Harry Boychick, the latest interactive comedy from Amy Lord, will begin performances Off-Broadway July 4.

Lord, who also co-created Grandma Sylvia's Funeral, first premiered The Boychick Affair in Los Angeles in early 2008. The New York engagement will run Saturdays and Sundays through Sept. 6.

The interactive production includes a buffet dinner and dancing, all set within the guise of Harry Boychick's dysfunctional bar mitzvah.

Bringing the friends and family members of Boychick Affair to life are Greg Mikurak as Harry, Amy Lord as his mother Cheryl Boychick and Herb Walsh as his father Aaron.

Additional cast members include Eileen Fireman, Ina Marie Smith, Adam Hocherman, Gloria Jung, Joseph Long, Constance Reese, Janice Markham, Benny Solmor, Bill Blechingberg, Bryana R. Servedio, Elisa Rodriguez, Katherine Mesa, Lisa Perla, Lauren Kairella, Nicholas Troilo and Jeff Campanella.
