Roger Kirby's play, directed by David Warren, sweetened with live music composed by David Yazbek, will have played 24 previews and 39 regular performances. The closing coincides with Wendie Malick ("Just Shoot Me") returning to L.A. to begin filming the new ABC primetime comedy "Big Day." A decision was made to not recast her stage role; the play was not embraced by critics.

The cast includes Mark Moses ("Desperate Housewives"), James Badge Dale ("24") and Ashley Williams ("Huff"), Nancy Anderson (Fanny Hill) as Burleigh's Wife, Jason Antoon (Contact) as Hap and John Lavelle (The Graduate) as Buck.

Burleigh Grimes opened June 13, after previews from May 23.
