News The Drowsy Chaperone Will Lift a Glass on "The View" Broadway's Tony Award-winning The Drowsy Chaperone will make an appearance on TV's "The View" Sept. 13.

The musical's Tony Award-winning stars Bob Martin and Beth Leavel will perform "As We Stumble Along" live on ABC's "The View." Television star Georgia Engel (also of Drowsy) will sit down with the ladies of the talk show, too.

The Drowsy Chaperone is the first Broadway musical to perform on "The View" since the beginning of the program's new season welcoming new host and Broadway cheerleader Rosie O'Donnell. A fan of musicals, O'Donnell was a major tub-thumper for Broadway when she hosted her own popular daytime talk show.

"The View" airs on ABC (Channel 7 in New York) from 11 AM-noon (ET).
