The Gift deals with five thirtysomething guys whose idealistic college dreams have been compromised by life. Brought together for a pre-wedding bachelor party, they must come face to face with their own mortality when a sexy exotic dancer brings an unexpected gift to the party.

The musical's book is by Robbie Foix, whose screen credits include "So I Married An Axe-Murderer" and "Twice Upon a Time." His cousin Steve Fox is a composer and lyricist who has worked with George Benson, the Duke Ellington orchestra and Roberta Flack, among others.

Fickman won many awards for his production of Reefer Madness. He is senior vice president of Middle Fork Productions, and recently helped produce the hit film "Anaconda."

The cast for The Gift includes Alicia Witt, Robert Torti, Larry Poindexter, John Kassir, James Barbour, Burke Moses, Harry Murphy, Luann Aronson and Shanola Hampton.The Gift is produced by Craig Baumgarten, Gary Adelson, Adam Merins and Steve Berman.
