News The Hurly Burly Show to Return to the West End in July The Hurly Burly Show, an all-singing, all-dancing revue headlined by Miss Polly Rae and featuring burlesque stars and speciality variety artists, is to return to the West End, beginning performances July 2 for a 12-week season through Sept. 22.

Originally seen at the Garrick Theatre for a limited season in 2011, the show is described in press materials as the first major burlesque-inspired musical spectacular to be staged in a West End theatre. It features covers and twisted mash-ups of pop hits from major artists including Kylie, Britney, Prince, Beyonce, Madonna, Lady Gaga and many more. It is directed by William Baker, who has worked extensively with Kylie Minogue and has also worked as creative director to Rihanna, Leone Lewis and Westlife. He has also previously directed a "remixed" version of Rent in the West End in 2007.

The creative team also includes Wayne Cilento (Wicked, Tommy), Steve Anderson (musical direction), Ashley Wallen (choreography), Terry Ronald (vocal arrangements) and Nick Whitehouse (lighting).
