"The Late Late Show with James Corden," featuring the Tony-winning stage and screen star who will be seen in the forthcoming film adaptation of Into the Woods, will make its premiere on CBS March 23, 2015, rather than the previously announced March 9.

In related news, Rob Crabbe (“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”) has been named executive producer of the program with Emmy winner Mike Gibbons (“Tosh.0”) co-executive producer and head writer.

Sheila Rogers (“Late Show with David Letterman”) will serve as supervising producer with Josie Cliff (“One Night with Robbie Williams”) as producer.

The bandleader will be musician and comedian Reggie Watts.

Watts is an internationally renowned vocalist, beatboxer, musician, comedian and improviser known for his musical sets that are created on the spot, using only his voice and looping peddles. He stars as the house bandleader on the IFC television series “Comedy Bang! Bang!” and has appeared on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” “Conan” and “Funny or Die.”

The newly announced producing team will join Ben Winston, who was announced as executive producer last month. "The Late Late Show" will air weeknights at 12:37 AM ET.

Corden succeeds Craig Ferguson, the critically acclaimed host of the CBS late-night series for the past 10 years. Ferguson will sign off Dec. 19.
