The Little Hours features book, music and lyrics by David Bucknam. Alan Souza will direct the reading with musical direction by Helen Gregory.

The cast will comprise Leslie Becker (Bonnie & Clyde, Wicked, Nine), Kim Carson (Grey Gardens at Philadelphia Theatre Company), Maria Couch (Ilyria at New Jersey Shakespeare), Julie Reiber (Wicked, All Shook Up) and Warren Kelley (Engaging Shaw).

Act I is based on four of Parker's stories: "A Telephone Call," "The Waltz," "From the Diary of a New York Lady" and "The Little Hours." Act II draws upon Parker’s well-known short-story "Such a Pretty Little Picture."

The Little Hours received its world-premiere production at New Jersey Repertory in Long Branch, NJ, in 2008 and is a recipient of the Edgerton Foundation New American Plays award.
