Valerie Cutko, the American-born actress seen in the West End production of Chicago, heads the cast as Ninotchka. She is joined by The Most Happy Fella Tony nominee Liz Larsen as Janice Dayton, Plenty's Daniel Gerroll as Steven Canfield and Gypsy's Wally Dunn as Brankov. The semi-staged Silk Stockings concerts will also play the New York venue Sept. 19 and 26 and Oct. 3.

The company also features Robert Ari (Ivanov), Meghann Babo (Hotel Manager), Ryan Brunton (Monsieur Fabourt), Sarajean Davenport (French Comrade), Ray DeMattis (Babinksi), Philip Deyesso (Reporter/ Choreographer), Bill Galarno (Hotel Manager), Brian Kenneth (Alexis), Jean McCormick (Hotel Manager), Anne Rothenberg (Vera), Jeffrey Stern (Reporter/Film Director) and Peter Van Wagner (Markovitch).

The little-performed Porter musical features a book by George S. Kaufman, Leueen MacGrath and Abe Burrows. Ian Marshall Fisher — who directed the musical in London this past May — helms the U.S. production, and the performances will benefit The Lost Musicals Charitable Trust, a government educational organization in the United Kingdom. The creative team also includes Lawrence Yurman (musical direction) and Donald Sadler (musical staging).

Silk Stockings was based on the Ernst Lubitsch film Ninotchka. The musical opened at the Imperial Theatre in February 1955, playing 478 performances before closing in April 1956. Directed by Cy Feuer, the original company included Don Ameche, Hildegarde Neff, George Tobias and Gretchen Wyler. Song titles included "Too Bad," "Paris Loves Lovers," "All of You," "Satin and Silk," "Without Love," "Josephine," "Silk Stockings" and "The Red Blues."

Florence Gould Hall is located within the French Institute Alliance Française at 55 East 59th Street between Park and Madison Avenues; all performances are at 6:30 PM. Tickets, priced at $40, are available by calling (212) 307-4100 or by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.
