Also included are four pages of full-color production photos with a foreword by Ira Weitzman, associate producer of musicals at Lincoln Center Theater.
Composer, lyricist and librettist John Michael LaChiusa won an Obie Award in 1993 for his musicals First Lady Suite and Hello Again. On Broadway, LaChiusa has been represented by the musicals The Wild Party and Marie Christine.
