The Play That Goes Wrong has announced a general rush policy for its Broadway premiere prior to its official opening April 2.

A limited number of $30 tickets will be available for purchase at the Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street) via cash or credit card when the box office opens on the day of the performance. Tickets are limited to two per person, are subject to availability, and may be located in partial view sections.

The Broadway mounting is produced by J.J. Abrams and Kevin McCollum. Performances began March 9. The Olivier-winning comedy began in a pub as a fringe production before transferring to Trafalgar Studios, the West End’s Duchess Theatre, and over 20 theatres around the world.

The Broadway production stars the original West End cast: Matthew Cavendish, Bryony Corrigan, Rob Falconer, Dave Hearn, Henry Lewis, Charlie Russell, Jonathan Sayer, Henry Shields, Greg Tannahill, and Nancy Zamit.

Co-written by Mischief Theatre company members Lewis, Sayer, and Shields, The Play That Goes Wrong introduces the Cornley University Drama Society, who endure falling set pieces, missed cues, a bevy of pratfalls, and more as they attempt to put on a 1920s murder mystery.
