The annual variety show will also be broadcast on BBC-TV Dec. 12. Those scheduled to perform before The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall include John Barrowman, Wicked stars Idina Menzel and Helen Dallimore, Connie Fisher and the London cast of The Sound of Music revival, Tim Curry and the West End company of Spamalot and the London cast of Avenue Q.
The evening will also feature Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow, Meat Loaf, Take That, Sugababes, Puppini Sisters, James Morrison, Omid Djalili, Jason Byrne, David and Dania and Jump.
Richard Valentine directs the performance for BBC One. The creative team also includes Kim Gavin (stage director and choreographer), Martin Koch (musical director and supervisor), Simon Kimmel (production designer), Bernie Davis (lighting designer), Tim Davies (sound supervisor), Linda Martin (costume designer) and Christina Baker (make-up supervisor).
