Darren Criss, who recently made his Broadway debut in the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, talked with E! about balancing Broadway and "Glee."

Criss joined the production alongside Emmy Award winner Beau Bridges Jan. 3. The duo succeeded Tony Award winner John Larroquette and "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe. Read about Playbill.com's encounter with the stars following their first performance.

Following Criss' limited engagement, which will conclude Jan. 22, 2012, pop star Nick Jonas will join the show from Jan. 24-July 1, 2012.

Here's how producers describe How to Succeed: "With the aid of a trusty self-help book 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying', wily window washer J. Pierrepont Finch (Criss) enjoys a riotous rise up the corporate ladder. Can he get the promotion, the corner office and the girl, or will he learn that balancing business and pleasure can be precarious—but hilarious—and oh, so much fun?"
