News THE SCREENING ROOM: Happy Birthday, Gavin Creel (Video) Tony Award nominee Gavin Creel, who is currently starring in the London production of The Book of Mormon, celebrates his birthday April 18. He made his Broadway debut on this date in 2002 in Thoroughly Modern Millie and later starred in Hair and La Cage aux Folles.
