News THE SCREENING ROOM: Happy Birthday, Lea Salonga (Video) Tony Award winner Lea Salonga celebrates her birthday Feb. 22. To mark the special day, Playbill.com shares some of our favorite musical moments from the award-winning performer.

Salonga, who took home the Tony Award in 1991 for her performance in Miss Saigon, has also been seen on Broadway in Les Misérables and Flower Drum Song. She is also known for her portrayal of Princess Jasmine in the Disney movie musical "Aladdin."
