News THE SCREENING ROOM: Spring Awakening Star Jonathan Groff Goes Small-Town for "C.O.G." The trailer for "C.O.G.," the new film based on the life of writer David Sedaris and starring Tony nominee Jonathan Groff, has been released.

In the trailer, Groff, who plays a wanderer who travels to Oregon to work on an apple farm, appears decked out in a hairnet and struggling to adapt to the small-town, religious-minded ways of his peers.

Groff, who co-stars with Troian Bellisario and Denis O'Hare, has appeared onstage in In My Life, Spring Awakening, The Submission and the Public Theater's production of Hair in Central Park. His TV and film work includes "Glee," "Woodstock" and "The Normal Heart." 

"C.O.G." will be released in theatres Sept. 20.
