The Menier Chocolate Factory production of Funny Girl transferred to a commercial run at London's Savoy Theatre, where it opened April 20, following previews that began April 9. Directed by Michael Mayer, the run is booking through October 8.

Sheridan Smith headlines as Fanny Brice, joined by Darius Campbell as Nick Arnstein and Marilyn Cutts as Mrs Brice, with Valda Aviks (Mrs. O’Malley), Gay Soper (Mrs. Strakosh), Natasha J Barnes (Emma/Mrs. Meeker), Maurice Lane (Mr. Keeney), Bruce Montague (Ziegfeld) and Joel Montague (Eddie).
