News "Theater Talk" Has a Doubt Feb. 17 The Feb. 17 broadcast of "Theater Talk," the PBS chat show that features interviews with top theatre practitioners, will feature a chat with British actress Eileen Atkins.

Atkins will be on hand to discuss her latest role, replacing Tony Award winner Cherry Jones as Sister Aloysius in the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play Doubt.

On Broadway Eileen Atkins has appeared in The Retreat From Moscow, The Killing of Sister George, The Promise, Vivat!, Regina and Indiscretions. Her Off-Broadway credits include A Room of One's Own, for which she received a Drama Desk Award, and Vita and Virginia. She also starred in the London and New York mountings of The Unexpected Man.

Hosted by New York Post theatre columnist Michael Riedel and producer Susan Haskins, "Theater Talk" airs on WNET/Thirteen at 12:30 AM ET with a rebroadcast Feb. 20 at 5 AM. The program can also be seen on CUNY-TV (Channel 75).

* CUNY-TV will also offer a rebroadcast of the Feb. 10 edition of "Theater Talk." That program featured several journalists — including Michael Musto ("The Village Voice"), Patrick Pacheco ("Show People") and Robert Simonson (Playbill.com) — who joined co-hosts Riedel and Haskins to share their thoughts about the spring line-up. Topics for the half-hour program included such forthcoming shows as Three Days of Rain, Barefoot in the Park, Lestat, The History Boys, Tarzan and The Wedding Singer.

The CUNY-TV (Channel 75) rebroadcasts are scheduled for Feb. 18 at 8:30 PM, Feb. 19 at 12:30 PM and Feb. 20 at 7:30 AM, 12:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
