News   They Sing, They Dance, They Die!: Scream Queens Hit L.A. Oct. 15 LOS ANGELES -- Scream Queens, a new musical revue written & directed by Scott Martin, with musical staging and co-direction by Adrea Gibbs, has its world premiere Oct. 15 at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks. "Six actresses who star in B-movie slasher films host an annual horror film convention," said a company spokesperson. "They share their hopes and screams, their 'tales from the script' and what it's like to make a living by dying over and over again."

LOS ANGELES -- Scream Queens, a new musical revue written & directed by Scott Martin, with musical staging and co-direction by Adrea Gibbs, has its world premiere Oct. 15 at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks. "Six actresses who star in B-movie slasher films host an annual horror film convention," said a company spokesperson. "They share their hopes and screams, their 'tales from the script' and what it's like to make a living by dying over and over again." Martin has worked extensively in southern California as a director, actor, writer, composer and musician. Gibbs is a former trapeze artist with the Moscow Circus. In the show's cast are Andrea Adams, Susie Singer Carter, Lateefah DeVoe, Jaime Flowers, Diane Hurley, Lisa Ingro, J.J. Rogers, Beverly Sand and Amy Tolsky.
