News Thoroughly Modern Millie Troupers Sing BC/EFA Benefit Cabaret Deep in the Heart of Texas April 14 The gang from the national tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie is putting on a late-night benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS April 14 in Austin, Texas.

The 60-minute cabaret at 11:30 PM takes place at the 1920s Club at 918 Congress Ave. in Austin. Sultry Stephanie Pope, who plays Muzzy in the Equity tour, will sing "I Love Being Here With You" and "Maybe This Time." Renee Monique Brown will Emcee the evening.

Other Millie troupers appearing in the evening are Bryan McElroy, Anne Warren, Emir Yonzon, Robyn Payne, Jessica Dillan, Tobi Foster, Erik Hayden, Joanne Javien, Joe Langworth, Allan Mangaser, Courtney Laine Mazza, Kurt Robbons, Laura Schutter, Tyler Walz, Stephen Wenslawski, Laura Woyasz and Tony Yazbeck.

At the piano will be Andrew Graham and Steven Sanders.

Admission is $20 at the door. All proceeds go to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. For information, call (512) 479-7979.
