News Tickets on Sale for Death of a Salesman at the Ahmanson Theatre Tickets have gone on sale at the Ahmanson Theatre for Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman, which opens Sept. 20 and is a remounting of the Broadway production which won four 1999 Tony Awards. Brian Dennehy and Elizabeth Franz repeat their critically acclaimed performances as Willy and Linda; they are joined by director Robert Falls, who also won a Tony. Falls' production originated at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago.

Tickets have gone on sale at the Ahmanson Theatre for Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman, which opens Sept. 20 and is a remounting of the Broadway production which won four 1999 Tony Awards. Brian Dennehy and Elizabeth Franz repeat their critically acclaimed performances as Willy and Linda; they are joined by director Robert Falls, who also won a Tony. Falls' production originated at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago.

Joining Dennehy and Franz in the cast are Ron Eldard, Ted Koch, Howard Witt, Kate Buddeke, Barbara eda-Young, Allen Hamilton, Kent Klineman, Nina Landey, Laura Moss, Steve Pickering and Richard Thompson.

Death of a Salesman originally opened on Broadway on Feb. 10, 1949, marking Miller's third play on Broadway at the age of only 33. Miller won the Pulitzer Prize, the Tony Award and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for his drama, which is considered one of the finest American plays of all time.
