The Times Square Business Improvement District (TS-BID) and the NYPD have issued a traffic advisory for Wed., March 1. Singer, actress and pop music icon Madonna will appear in person at MTV's Uptown Studio on Broadway and 45th Street on March 1 between 3:30 - 4:30 PM.
Because Madonna has a huge following, officials predict exceptional pedestrian and vehicular traffic during the Wednesday afternoon matinee period.
