Tix to Sold-Out Final Les Miz Perf Up for Bid on eBay; May 18 Show Includes New Finale

News   Tix to Sold-Out Final Les Miz Perf Up for Bid on eBay; May 18 Show Includes New Finale Tickets for the final performance of Broadway's Les Misérables, which includes a surprise expanded finale, aren't available to the general public — unless you're in a bidding mood.

A pair of tickets to the historic May 18 closing night at the Imperial Theatre is up for bid on eBay to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

"This is the first time any tickets for the final performance have been made available to the public, as the evening is an invitation-only event for the hundreds and hundreds of alumni that have worked on the show over the past 16 years and 6,680 performances," according to a statement.

The winning bidder will receive two orchestra tickets to the final performance (Sunday, May 18 at 6 PM at The Imperial Theatre, 249 West 45th Street), featuring a once in-a-lifetime extended Finale and two passes to the Closing Party at The Summer Garden located in Rockefeller Center. This package does not include transportation.

Information about the Finale is closely guarded in the weeks leading up to the last show.

In its 16 years, the Broadway Les Miz troupe has helped raise over $1.5 million for BC/EFA.
