Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge did what all theatre nerds do during a break in rehearsals: they created their own musical number number.

In an Instagram post released on Gyllenhaal's account, the duo sang a diddy to encourage fans to get ready for their upcoming Broadway show, Sea Wall/A Life. Gyllenhaal even accompanies himself on the piano, taking advantage of an onstage prop from the play.

The back-to-back monologue plays, directed by Carrie Cracknell, are slated to begin previews July 26 at Hudson Theatre. The two previously starred in the double bill at Off-Broadway's Public Theater.
