News Tony Administration Committee Sets Next Meeting Date The Tony Administration Committee has scheduled an April meeting.

A spokesperson for the Tony Awards told Playbill.com that the Administration Committee will again assemble April 20. The Committee will discuss the eligibility requirements of Broadway shows that have opened since the last meeting, which was held Jan. 26. The Administration Committee previously met in September 2005. Broadway shows that will have opened on or after Jan. 26 but prior to April 20 include Bridge and Tunnel, Rabbit Hole, Barefoot in the Park, The Pajama Game, Ring of Fire, Well, Festen, Awake and Sing! and Three Days of Rain. The Threepenny Opera is set to open April 20.

The cut-off date for Tony eligibility for the current season is May 10.

The 2006 Tony Awards will be broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall on CBS-TV on June 11.
