Tony Awards Tony Awards Announce Hosts for the Creative Arts Awards Section of the 2015 Ceremony Two Tony Award winners, Jessie Mueller and James Monroe Iglehart, will host the Creative Arts Awards portion of the 69th Annual Tony Awards June 7 at Radio City Music Hall.

The 14 Tony categories comprising the Creative Arts Awards will be given during the first hour of the Tony Awards, 7-8 PM, before the broadcast begins. All winners will be acknowledged on the CBS broadcast.

Although a list of categories has not been announced, Creative Arts Awards usually include Best Lighting Design of a Play, Best Lighting Design of a Musical, Best Costume Design of a Play, Best Costume Design of a Musical, Best Orchestrations and more.

Mueller received the 2014 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical for her performance in Beautiful—The Carole King Musical. Iglehart received the 2014 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical for his performance in Aladdin. Heather Hitchens, president of the American Theatre Wing, and Charlotte St. Martin, president of The Broadway League, issued a joint statement saying, “We are thrilled to have Jessie and James, two of our outstanding winners from last year, join us again on the Radio City Music Hall stage to help celebrate those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to create the beautiful productions audiences see on-stage every night."
