News Tony Kushner, Betty Buckley, John Waters and Tonya Pinkins Among Stars at Vineyard Gala The 2015 Gala for Off-Broadway's Vineyard Theatre will be hosted by John Waters (Hairspray, Cry Baby) and will see a string of Broadway talent including Tony winners Betty Buckley (Cats), Tony Kushner (Angels in America) and Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change).

The annual fundraiser will take place March 30 at the Edison Ballroom near Times Square, and will feature a performance directed by Tony winner Michael Mayer (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), whose world-premiere musical Brooklynite is currently playing at the Vineyard. Other celebrity guests slated to make an appearance include Kathleen Chalfant (Angels in America), Colman Domingo (The Scottsboro Boys), Holly Hunter ("The Piano"), Matthew Morrison (Finding Neverland), Kate Mulgrew (Equus), Aaron Tveit (Catch Me If You Can) and George C. Wolfe (The Normal Heart).

The 2015 gala will honor Tony Award-winning producer Margo Lion, whose productions have garnered 20 Tonys, Olivier Awards and one Pulitzer Prize. Since 2009 she has been co-chair to the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities, selected by President Barack Obama.
