News Tony-Nominated Producer Announces Broadway Coaching Tour Michael J. Moritz Jr., a two-time Tony Award-nominated producer, two-time Grammy Award-nominated record producer and internationally acclaimed music director/pianist, has announced a 15-city U.S. coaching tour for actors and singers this fall.

Sessions are available for all ages and skill levels. Sessions are one-on-one and multifaceted, tailored to the participant’s requests. Possible areas of focus include vocal technique for theatre, vocal technique for pop, building your best belt, fixing the mix, auditioning skills, casting and booking, book prep, finding representation and management, college audition prep recording and arranging critique, industry Q&A, skills assessment and long-term career planning. Moritz has received Tony Award, Drama Desk and Olivier award nominations as co-producer of Broadway/West End’s Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. Other notable Broadway producing credits include Big Fish, A Night With Janis Joplin and On The Town. Moritz is a Grammy Award-nominated record producer. His records include NBC’s "Peter Pan Live" as executive producer; the "Matilda" original Broadway cast recording as associate producer (Grammy Award nomination); and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical original Broadway cast recording as producer (Grammy winner).
