News Tony Nominee Lily Rabe Joins Cast of "Pawn Sacrifice" Tony nominee Lily Rabe will star with Tobey Maguire in "Pawn Sacrifice," according to Deadline.com.

"Pawn Sacrifice" will feature Rabe as chess champion Bobby Fischer's sister Joan. Ed Zwick will direct the film, which was written by Steven Knight.

Fischer, who will be played by Maguire, made history as the youngest grandmaster in the history of chess. He won the 1963–64 U.S. Championship with 11/11, the only perfect score in the history of the tournament, at age 20. He was also known for his emotional outbursts.

Rabe's theatre credits include As You Like It, Seminar, The Merchant of Venice, The American Plan, Heartbreak House and Steel Magnolias. Her film work includes "The First," "All Good Things" and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay"; among her TV credits are roles in "American Horror Story" and "The Good Wife."
