News Tony Nominee Reed Birney Will Star in Page 73's You Got Older Page 73 will present the world premiere of You Got Older by Clare Barron – starring Tony nominee Reed Birney (Casa Valentina) – opening Oct. 29 at HERE (145 6th Avenue).

Obie Winner Anne Kaufman (Detroit, Maple and Vine) will direct the production which runs through Nov. 22.

Co-starring with Birney is Brooke Bloom ("Alpha House"), with further casting to be announced at a later date.

Page 73 bills the play as follows, "You Got Older is a brutally honest and comedic look at one woman’s attempt to remain standing when everything she’s known comes crashing down around her."

Playwright Barron is the 2014 P73 Playwriting Fellow. Barron's fellowship year provides her with a $10,000 award and resources to develop several new plays with Page 73’s artistic and developmental support.

Page 73, known for developing early-career playwrights yet to be produced in New York, most recently produced George Brant's critically acclaimed one-woman play Grounded and Cori Thomas' When January Feels Like Summer. Tickets for You Got Older will go on sale in September, and range from $15-40.
