Thomas Sadoski, who is currently appearing in the Williamstown Theatre Festival production of Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow, has landed a starring role in the independent film The Mimic, according to Variety.

Written and directed by Thomas F. Mazziotti, the cast also includes Jake Robinson, Gina Gershon, and Austin Pendleton. Benjamin Cox produces.

The film follows a man who befriends a young neighbor, who is part of the staff of the town's newspaper and knows no one in town.

Last on Broadway in Other Desert Cities, Sadoski earned a Tony nomination for his performance in Reasons to Be Pretty and was a series regular on HBO’s The Newsroom. He can also be seen on the new CBS series Life in Pieces.
