News Tony Winner Betty Buckley Will Bring Vixens of Broadway to San Francisco Tony Award winner Betty Buckley, who scored rave reviews for her performance in the recent Off-Broadway production of Horton Foote's The Old Friends, will bring her critically acclaimed solo show, The Vixens of Broadway, to San Francisco’s Feinstein’s at the Nikko in December.

Buckley will offer eight performances, Dec. 5-15.

"Highlighting songs written for the 'other women' and second female lead characters of Broadway," The Vixens of Broadway, press notes state, "features song selections from such hit shows as Chicago, Evita, Company, Oklahoma and Into the Woods." The award-winning actress will also offer selections from Jerry Herman's Dear World, which made its London premiere earlier this year starring Buckley.

Feinstein’s at the Nikko is located within Hotel Nikko (222 Mason Street, San Francisco). Tickets are priced $50-$80 and are available now by calling (866) 663-1063 or visiting www.ticketweb.com.

Betty Buckley offered acclaimed performances in Broadway's Sunset Boulevard, Carrie, Song & Dance, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, 1776, Triumph of Love and Promises, Promises. She won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella in the Broadway production of Cats, and she starred on the London stage in Promises, Promises, Dear World and Sunset Boulevard, earning an Olivier Award nomination for her work in the latter. Her screen credits are numerous.
