The celebrated singing actress will present a four-day Song Interpretation & Monologue Workshop at the Collaboration Factory in Los Angeles beginning Aug. 30. Buckley will assist aspiring artists, educators and experienced performers in the craft of singing, acting and storytelling.

The Olivier-nominated artist will share "her expertise and guide her students through a methodology that facilitates audience connection through songs and monologues. Her emotional connection to songs and audiences is renowned, and that very connection is at the heart of what Ms. Buckley imparts to her students," according to press notes.

Collaboration Factory is an award-winning Los Angeles-based production company, specializing in music-based entertainment for film, television and music video projects. The workshop is being presented in association with voice teacher Dan Callaway.

The class welcomes auditors, at a reduced rate, who participate in all aspects of the class – including group exercises and work with partners – except the individual singing and monologue coaching by Buckley.

The workshop, which runs Aug. 30-Sept. 2, begins each evening at 6:30 PM and continues to 11 PM. A pianist will be provided.
