The half-hour comedy pilot, penned by Josh Heald, follows twentysomething Connor Logan and his best friends, who reinvigorate their hometown by re-opening its local brewery.
Elliott and Fogler will play Connor's respective friends Annie and Russ.
Fogler, who was seen in the ABC sitcom "Man Up," won the Tony Award in 2005 for his performance in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. His film credits include "Take Me Home Tonight," "Balls Of Fury," "Kung Fu Panda" and "Horton Hears a Who!," among others.
Heald will also serve as co-executive producer alongside Conan O'Brien, David Kissinger and Jeff Ross.
