LuPone, who opens the Broadway at the Art House series, will play July 4 at 7 PM and July 5 at 5 PM and 7 PM. Rudetsky will accompany the Tony winner on piano.
The series, which runs July 4-Sept. 23, will feature ten different artists including Tony winner Betty Buckley (Cats), Charles Busch (Taboo), Ana Gasteyer (Wicked) and Marilyn Maye, among others.
LuPone, most recently seen on Broadway in An Evening With Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin, is a two-time Tony Award winner for her performances in Evita and Gypsy. She was nominated for her performances in Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Sweeney Todd, Anything Goes and The Robber Bridegroom.
