The Oct. 30 event will be held at the home of Ron Pobuda on Central Park South. Those scheduled to perform include Tony Award winners Bebe Neuwirth and Christian Hoff as well as Bobbie Eakes, Norm Lewis and Milena Govich. Paul Shaffer and Chris Noth will serve as co-hosts for the 7:30 PM fundraiser. Ron Pobuda is the founder and president of National Audio Video Inc. He is an award-winning producer/director with over 35 years of broadcasting experience, including a period with NBC radio in New York.
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is the nation’s largest industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization. Since its founding in 1988 the organization has distributed over $100 million for services for people with AIDS, HIV or HIV-related illnesses.
