The Times Square Business Improvement District (TS-BID) and the NYPD have issued the following traffic advisories for theatre patrons.

On Saturday, Nov. 20 and Sunday, Nov. 21, look for the following closures or delays between 8 AM - 6 PM:

On West 44th Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue, this street will be closed during crane operations. Local and emergency traffic will be maintained at all times.

On West 46th Street between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, this street will be closed during crane operations. Local and emergency traffic will be maintained at all times.

On West 48th Street between Seventh Avenue and Broadway, one lane will be maintained during crane operations. Also on Saturday, Nov. 20 from 11AM - 3 PM there will be a demonstration by Haitian and Dominican immigrants in front of the Dominican Consulate at 1501 Broadway (West 43rd and West 44th Streets) to protest the deportation of Haitians from the Dominican Republic.

Finally, for the 24-hour period beginning Monday, Nov. 22 at 6 AM and lasting until Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 6 AM, production trucks will be parked in front of the Longacre Theatre (West 48th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue) closing one lane of traffic due to the taping of a fundraiser hosted by Rosie O'Donnell and other celebrities.

Theatre patrons may wish to avoid these hot spots and prevent delays.
