The NYPD and the Times Square Business Improvement District (TS-BID) have announced that crane operations will force the closure of West. 53rd Street between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenues this weekend. The closure will take place either Feb. 12 or Feb. 13 and will be in effect from 8 AM until 6 PM. Although local and emergency traffic will be maintained at all times, theatre patrons may wish to adjust their schedule to avoid delays in this area.
