The NYPD and the Times Square Business Improvement District have issued a traffic alert for the Theatre District for Wed. Oct. 25. Beginning at 6 PM there will be a birthday party for Hillary Clinton at Roseland Ballroom on W. 52 St. between Broadway and Eighth Avenue. Among those scheduled to attend are President Clinton and numerous celebrities.
Traffic delays are expected on Eighth Avenue, Broadway, W. 52 St., West 53 St. and other roadways in the vicinity.
