Winningham ("Hatfields & McCoys," "Brothers and Sisters," "Georgia"), who also appeared in the folksy Patty Griffin musical 10 Thousand Miles Off-Broadway, offers a selection of her original country folk tunes as well as Hebrew lullabies as part of the intimate 8 PM concert.

Here's how it's billed: "This spiritual and folksy fusing of different musical styles inspired by Mare's experiences with bluegrass artists in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, sets the stage for this inspired night of music."

Joining Winningham are Tim Crouch on fiddle/mandolin and Irl Hees on upright bass.

Winningham's albums include "What Might Be" (1992), "Lonesomers" (1998) and "Refuge Rock Sublime" (2007).

The Barrow Street Theatre currently serves as the home of the acclaimed Off-Broadway production of Tribes, in which Winningham appears as the matriarch of a dysfunctional family. David Cromer directed the play by Nina Raine, which is playing an extended engagement through Sept. 2.

For tickets, priced $25, phone (212) 868-4444 or visit SmartTix.com. The Barrow Street Theatre is located at 27 Barrow Street.
