A letter-writing campaign has begun to save Triumph of Love, the romantic musical comedy at Broadway's Royale Theatre, from closing. Triumph, which stars Betty Buckley, F. Murray Abraham and Susan Egan, must vacate its theatre in January. In order to make a proposed move to the Eugene O'Neill Theatre feasible, ticket sales must increase quickly. The many fans of Betty Buckley have united to make this move possible and are urging everyone to send a note to the producer of the show, Margo Lion, right away.
